Our story began more than fifty years ago with two brothers, in a small workshop, with an idea: that great sleep can be engineered.
In the 1960s, the Ozer Brothers built their own machines, tested materials through long nights, and turned a small workshop into a place obsessed with better sleep.
Over the years, their craftsmanship evolved into precision. Every cut, layer, and curve is measured, tested, and perfected.
We learned that sleep isn’t about a softer mattress; it’s about how you feel when you wake up.
But one question remained:
Why should good sleep be a luxury?
To make great sleep accessible, we rebuilt the entire model — adopting roll-pack technology to cut logistics waste and removing middlemen to end retail markups.
What’s left is premium sleep engineering, delivered straight to people’s homes.
That’s how Scarnatti was born; out of a promise to make great sleep accessible to everyone.
The name honours our Italian foreman, Signor Scarnatti, a craftsman whose discipline and devotion became part of our family’s story.
Today, Scarnatti combines Belgian engineering and German precision. Our CoolGel™, ZeroMotion™, and Ergo7™ technologies reflect one belief: better nights create better mornings.
As our third generation studies sleep science at the University of Antwerp, we continue the same mission our father began to make deep, restorative sleep accessible to everyone.
